It’s been two months since Little Joey’s spirit transcended to a better place. He was the most loyal and loving bulldog any owner has ever seen. And if you don’t believe me, hear this: my neighbors and friends are devastated, as they feel a personal loss as well. Every Monday we’d venture to the dog park, a 3 mile journey from my house, but Little Joey was full of energy and life – he loved every minute of the walk to and from. He made many friends, some animal some human, with his wagging tail and wet nose.
Several visitors have stopped by my home since his departure offering words of comfort and condolences. But most of all, they have come to see Little Joey in his new form. After his passing I chose from many decorative pet keepsake urns to display his picture in loving memory for all to see. His admirers felt they needed to pay their respects to his urn as well.
